Pre-order: In order to guarantee the delivery date, the order must be placed several hours before the requested delivery date, according to the delivery availability listed on the site.

Order confirmation: Upon placing your order, you will receive a confirmation with details of the delivery date. If the order is not coordinated on the desired date, you will be contacted for clarification and alternative coordination.

Changes and cancellations: You can make changes or cancel an order as detailed in the website's regulations.
